THE MISSION
My mission is to help women discover all that's possible for their lives and bodies, while giving them a space to make decisions for themselves without judgement. I don’t assume what my clients want, rather I understand and respect the diverse goals my clients want to achieve. Once my clients determine what's right for them, I can help them achieve their goal by providing evidence based, effective, practical guidance through coaching. My coaching practice rejects traditional expectations of how women should look and what choices are and are not acceptable for their bodies. Some common examples of societal expectations of women are; be thin but not too skinny, be toned but not too muscular, love your body but not too much.
For the Pre and Postnatal community: There is a huge lack of pre and postnatal guidance in the community. Moms are vital in a growing community, they have the most important job of raising the next generation. Yet they are underserved in a fundamental part of their life, their personal health. My mission is to provide a service where mothers can focus on their own health and wellness, well implementing my coaching methodology to ensure the mothers of our community are getting the service and care that they deserve.

Coaching is person focused: Client programming is a tailored process. No cookie cutter approaches are made to ensure that my clients are getting the care and service that they deserve.
