This 12 week course is run 3 times a week for 60 minutes. It is designed for women who are going through perimenopause or who have entered menopause. This program is designed carefully with evidence based strategies to help participants manage menopause symptoms such as loss of muscle, loss of strength and loss of bone density. The program is run 3 times a week for 60 minute sessions. Participants will receive 3 individual consultations with me to review their goals and progress made; one at the beginning of the program, one at the 6 week mark and one at the 12th week mark. As well as open communication with me as your trainer and nutrition guidance. Flexible payment options are available.
