About

This 12 week program is the final program of the Mama Bear Fit’s postnatal fitness series. The program runs 3 days a week for 60 minutes. During the program participants will be empowering their bodies by performing heavier lifts and performing higher impact activities. And of course since the class size is a maximum of 3 participants, modified options will be available for new exercises if they feel like too much. Throughout the course we will be progressively overloading the lifts that are being performed as well as challenging the cardiovascular system. By the end of the 12 weeks participants will be able to see their strength gains by how much heavier they can lift, which will translate into their day to day lives. Participants will receive three Individual consultations to review goals and progress made, nutritional guidance and open communication with me as your trainer.
