About

This registered 12 week program is run 4 times a week for 60 minutes with a maximum of three participants. During the 12 weeks participants are taken through an effective program that will increase their muscular and cardiovascular endurance, well empowering them with knowledge about functional bodybuilding. Throughout the course we will find and correct muscular imbalances and ensure core strength to reduce chance of injury during everyday life as well as gym life. Since the program is run with a maximum of three participants the price is much more economical than training one on one, however the quality will not be sacrificed. The group size is small enough that individual coaching will be delivered as well as individual exercise adjustments. Participants will receive three individual consultations with me one before the program starts, one at the halfway point and lastly at the end of the 12 week program to review all the progress that was made. As well as nutrition guidance and open communication with me as your trainer. Flexible payment options are available.
