About

This 12 week program is built for the postpartum mama who is less than 1 year postpartum and has completed the postnatal rehab and retraining program or for the mama who is over 1 year postpartum and is ready to get back to training her body. Even if you’re over a year postpartum your body may not be ready to jump into a more advanced training phase. By completing this program you will minimize your chance of injury as much as possible by building a strong foundation of strength and mobility. This program is carefully crafted with exercises that don’t exacerbate diastasis recti or place excessive downward pressure on the pelvic floor. Throughout the 12 weeks participants will gain strength, cardiovascular gains and improvements in everyday activities. The program is ran three times a week for 60 minute sessions. All participants receive 3 individual consultations to review goals and progress made; one before the program starts, one at the 6 week mark, and one at the end of the program. As well as open communication with me as your trainer and nutrition guidance. The program will be help Tuesday-Thursday at from 6-7pm at a beautiful semi private training facility located in the Grandin plaza. If the investment is not paid in full I offer flexible payment options to help accommodate.
